Delivery of Reactor Outdoor is free within all EU countries. For locations outside Ukraine, additional fees may apply (VAT+duty).
All orders received from Monday to Friday are processed within 5 business days of payment verification and are shipped via Novaposhta, DHL, Herme. Final terms depend on region of delivery. On average, delivery takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
Return policy
This policy applies only for products purchased from www.reactoroutdoor.com. For any and all other returns or exchanges, please refer to the original place of purchase/retailer.
You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Products purchased with a promotional code are non-refundable, but may be exchanged for another size based on availability.
If approved, you can expect a full refund to your credit card within 7 days of our receiving and approving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.

support@reactoroutdoor.com. We’ll place a new order for your desired item and we’ll waive the standard shipping costs. You will be charged for this order and once we receive your return, your refund will be processed.
Return instructions
If you need to return an item, please contact Reactor Outdoor at service@reactoroutdoor.com to obtain a return authorization form. Please be sure to note the item you are returning and the reason for your return using the codes provided.
Package the return shipment safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible. Please remove or cover any prior labels and/or barcodes. Please include your original order number and delivery on the outside of the box and address to: Reactor Outdoor LLC, Prospect Svobody 26-V Office 4, Kiev, Ukraine, 04215
Contact the shipper of your choice and send your return back to us. Please be sure to obtain insurance on your package covering the cost of your return item, as Reactor Outdoor cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Returns will be refunded within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and approving your refund.
