Warranty Statement
At Reactor Outdoor, we expect our products to be free of manufacturer defects. However, should you have a warranty issue we will repair it if possible or replace all valid warranty items for the practical lifetime of the product to the original owner. Normal wear and tear, rips, tears, punctures, modifications, alterations, negligence, damages from accidents, mis-use or use for a purpose other than for which it was designed, and the natural breakdown of materials over time are not covered by our warranty.

Warranty Process
Fill out a brief warranty form describing what happened. Form can be downloaded here.

Locate your proof of purchase and ensure it clearly states the original purchase location, date and price.
Submit warranty form by email: warranty@reactoroutdoor.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

*All shipments must have a RA# issued before sending articles in. The RA# needs to be clearly marked on the package. Without a RA# packages can not be processed.

Ensure your product is free of any personal belongings and cleaned prior to being returned. Items require cleaning will be returned at owner’s expense or cleaned for a nominal fee of US$50 per item.
Ship your product, along with your warranty form and proof of purchase for evaluation using the carrier of choice.
Reactor Outdoor is not responsible for packages being shipped to us that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend buying insurance for the full value of the product.

If the product returned has a defect covered under warranty, at our discretion we will repair, replace it, or offer credit towards a new piece.

Warranty Processing Time:
We aim to unpack and process warranties and repairs in 4 weeks time.

How do I find replacement parts?
Certain parts can be replaced. Depending on the part a nominal fee may apply. Requests can be submitted at warranty@reactoroutdoor.com
